Pull Request Description
This PR introduces a responsive media-query patch under the submissions directory to resolve issue #1232. It stabilizes dashboard stats elements, tracking layout containers, and text utilities, ensuring they calculate flex parameters cleanly to remain centered without clipping text rules on narrow mobile viewports.
