Since the member context is always a single node, we do not need to write the xpath to the first or last context member. It is always only one member at an iteration. Related to #4.

By calling
xsl:apply-templatesover aciteStructure'sciteStructurechildren, we lost state. This resulted in issue #4.The commits in this branch fix it.
