Phrases edited so that all action results are found by the corresponding topic phrases.

1. Some topic phrases were made broader by replacing NEAR/5 with NEAR/15 or NEAR/15 with AND (15.4 phrase 2; 15.5 phrase 1; 15.7 phrase 1; 15.8 phrase 2).
2. Some action phrases were made narrower by replacing NEAR/15 with NEAR/10 or NEAR/5. Here some relevant results may be lost but most of the lost results seem not relevant to the themes of the targets (15.1 phrase 3; 15.2 phrase 1; 15.3 phrase 2).
