As a project maintainer, I want the
seeking-approvallabel to be automatically applied to newly created issues, so that contributors are reminded to not start working on issues until we made sure they are valid and appropriate.Describe the solution you'd like

Not using labels, and rather just have people comment casually on the issues.
Additional context
This is just my suggestion - feel free to disagree below :)
I was also thinking that we could use Github projects to create the backlogs for the frontend and backend teams so our teammates know what tasks are prioritised and ready (is this overkill?).
