On the left menu (menu with sections YouTube Music, Library, Pins, Playlists, Support, Settings, User Profile) there is no way to scroll through the menu. Scrolling with a scroll wheel works for the main part of the screen, but does not work for the left menu. You can navigate using the tab key on the keyboard, however. On the screenshot there should be a Settings button between the "Playlists" section and the "Support" button, but the menu cannot be scrolled down to that part without using the tab key to scroll though.
