👋 Hi, I’m Stella

I transitioned into software development after more than 20 years of experience in accounting.

Passionate about computing and software for many years, I decided in late 2023 to fully commit to web and mobile development, with a pragmatic, structured and product-oriented approach.

🚀 What I do today

I'm currently occupying a frontend dev role at Predicta Lab, a pretty cool french startup !

On the side :

  • Building web applications with React / TypeScript
  • Developing mobile applications with React Native

I focus on concrete, useful and maintainable projects, with particular attention to code readability and user experience.

Goal: simplify everyday nutrition tracking with a practical and accessible approach.

Stack: React Native, TypeScript, Expo, tRPC, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM

Stack: React, TypeScript,

✍️ Blog / Web projects

Creation of websites and a technical blog to experiment, document and consolidate my learning process.

🧠 Background

  • 🎓 BTS in Accounting and Management (work-study program)
  • 🔄 Career transition to web development (since 2024)
  • 📚 Continuous self-learning (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js)
  • 🐧 Daily work environment: Linux (Arch btw 😎)

My previous career provided me with strong analytical skills, rigor, and a methodical approach, which I now apply to software development.
