Draft for review, not adopted. Profile 0.2 stays in force until the SPUR Coalition adopts this. Consultation hasn't opened yet and dates are to be announced.

What it proposes

  • One Compliant tier: independent assessment of a named service and configuration
  • Role-based requirements. Intermediaries report what they supply and arrange reporting. Agents report retrieval and later use. Telemetry consumers provide publisher access, isolation and delivery.
  • Publisher promise: the publisher can require reporting, designate the destination, and extract its event-level reports in Content Telemetry format or have them delivered elsewhere

Contents

  • CONSULTATION.md: consultation framing, pilot entry path, what to demonstrate first
  • accreditation/agents/: REQUIREMENTS, ASSESSMENT, fixtures (coverage, intermediary, reconciliation, refusal) and run.py
  • accreditation/intermediaries/: REQUIREMENTS, ASSESSMENT, validate.py and vectors (carriage, configuration, pair correlation, publisher access)
  • accreditation/validate_role_schemas.py: checks positive role wire artefacts against the v1.0 schemas
  • PROFILE, README, CONTRIBUTING and bindings updated to match
  • CI runs the new suites

Verified locally

  • Baseline fixtures: 6/6
  • Agent vectors: 49, 0 failures
  • Intermediary vectors: 44, 0 failures
  • Schemas vs SPUR-Coalition/telemetry@v1.0: baseline 6/6, 58 positive role artefacts, 0 failures

Proposes one Compliant tier with independent assessment of a named
service and configuration, split by role: agents, intermediaries and
telemetry consumers. Not adopted; profile 0.2 remains in force.

- CONSULTATION.md: publisher promise, pilot entry path, open questions
- accreditation/agents: requirements, assessment method, fixtures and runner
- accreditation/intermediaries: requirements, assessment method, carriage,
  configuration, pair-correlation and publisher-access vectors
- validate_role_schemas.py: positive role fixtures against the v1.0 schemas
- CI runs the role suites and schema checks
