The repo reads present-tense: the README consultation narrative becomes a Feedback section, GOVERNANCE and SCOPE drop the release-period framing, and the spec-feedback template describes what to file rather than the closed comment window. Review fixes: the CONTRIBUTING test commands install the format checkers they need (they exited 1 without them), the README gaps list carries all four lifecycle ratios, the manifest schema descriptions say v1, and the event-id description points at the sections that state the rule. The minor-version acceptance rule now says how a 1.y consumer validates a later minor against schemas whose schema_version is a constant, and 8.7 states the same rule instead of narrowing it. The grounding pipeline example adds up, the presentation data table marks its two schema-enforced fields required, the content_retrieved row admits content_id, the cross-observer URL rule names its subject, 12.1 stops claiming source_role was new, version numbering gets its own 12.2, and artifact spelling is consistent with the schemas.
