The README describes grounding without citation as content having influenced the answer. Sections 4.3 and 6.4 define a narrower boundary: content entered the generation context, where it can influence the output.
Being in the context and changing the answer are not the same claim. The other three bullets each describe an observable state and what the publisher loses. Only this one asserts an effect on the answer. This change keeps the bullet in the same pattern as the others, at the boundary the event actually records.
No schema or conformance impact.
