순간적으로 백트래킹을 떠올렸으나 곰곰히 생각해보면 그냥 위부터 계속 뒤집으면 최적해에 도달할 수 있다는 것을 뭔가 직관적으로 알 수 있다 (왜인지 증명은 못함;;) 뒤집는 행렬 3 X 3 이므로 바운드 예외처리만 잘해주면 된다
