Description:
As per the acceptance criteria of the PBI linked below, we want to auto-merge small content changes (i.e. 2 files or less) for Tina when they are moved from
drafttoready for reviewwithout requiring and additional reviewer. The reason is that requesting an additional reviewer for small changes like spelling fixes can be a pain.I've copied this workflow from an SSW Website PR that implements this change on the SSW Website.
