Hide specific agents from overview and improve AI disclaimer layout - #106

Add 'debug' and 'ComputerUse' to STATIC_HIDDEN_AGENT_IDS so they no longer appear in the agent overview grid or filter counts. Backend registration and chat input mode selector remain unaffected.
The aiDisclaimer span was removed during a merge/refactor. Re-add it as the first child of the footer so the disclaimer text shows again when a turn is complete.
Relocate the AI disclaimer to sit between the meta info and the ForkSession/Copy buttons (the last two footer icons), using its flex:1 to push them to the row end. Also drop the ExportImageButton that is no longer used.
Replace flex:1 with a fixed 12px margin-right so the ForkSession and Copy buttons sit close to the disclaimer text instead of being pushed to the far right of the footer.
