fix(mcp): tolerate MCP servers that do not implement ping Created-by: YodonTan Commit-by: YodonTan Merged-by: SWangHash Description: ## 说明 修复 #39（连不上华为"鸿蒙开发者知识"MCP 服务器）。 ## 改动内容 - `transport_remote.rs`：`ping()` 心跳收到标准 JSON-RPC `-32601 Method not found` 响应时视为连接健康（传输层存活、服务端正常回话，只是不实现 `ping` 方法），其余错误（认证、超时）保持原判定。 - `mcp_streamable_http_contracts.rs`：mock 服务器新增 `ping` 返回 `-32601` 的分支，并添加回归测试 `remote_ping_is_healthy_when_server_does_not_implement_ping`。 ## 验证 - `cargo check -p bitfun-services-integrations --features mcp --test mcp_streamable_http_contracts` 通过 - `rustfmt --check` 通过 - 完整集成测试未在当前环境执行：本机 Rust 工具链为 `aarch64-unknown-linux-ohos`，`aws-lc-sys` 在该目标下无法生成汇编符号导致最终链接失败（与本次改动无关） Closes #39 See merge request: OpenHarmonyPCDeveloper/BitFun!63
