Recently saw this posted on Twitter and wanted to learn more about BITS and try my hand at updating a 2.7 script to 3+.
Tested uploads locally on a Windows 10 PC running Python 3.9.0 and was able to upload a cat picture successfully. I recognize this is from ~5 years ago but this is baby's first PR so I thought I would try it any way. Welcome any comments or suggestions!
