What changed

• bumps Gloss from 1.0.0 (build 13) to 1.0.1 (build 14)
• adds dedicated 1.0.1 release notes covering the lightweight application package, browser-first dashboard, and PDF component safety

Why

The browser-first redesign and without-bundled-Codex distribution are now on main. This follow-up establishes the first patch release version and gives the release workflow a matching versioned notes file.

Impact

• no runtime behavior changes
• release tags and packaged metadata now target Gloss 1.0.1
• existing preferences, browser pairing, Codex configuration, and PDF runtime state remain compatible
