Commit 27607a2 ("nvme/core: adjust fixed doorbell mmio size") has adjusted the MMIO space to the maximum number of ioqpairs, but without considering unmap part in nvme_close(). This patch gives SIZE_MAX to vfio/pci and let it map/unmap as large as possible supported by the device for the simplicity.
