Add: copy release notes into the Unraid template after each release - #181

A stable release now runs the Unraid changes workflow. It writes the new CHANGELOG section into the template, opens a pull request with the release GitHub App token so checks run, and asks for auto-merge. The template test checks only the settings, so the release pull request needs no extra step.
