Summary

  • Set timeout-minutes on all eleven runner jobs across the nine workflows: 15 for test and e2e, 20 for analyze and scan, 30 for build-and-push, 10 for release-page, docs-rebuild, prep, tag, validate and update.
  • Leave release.yml's e2e job untouched; it calls e2e.yml, whose job now carries the limit.

Testing
All green, including the Docker smoke build. No new coverage; the change is workflow configuration only.

Checklist

  • Stays within the project constraints: one container, no runtime dependencies, no build step (see CONTRIBUTING.md).
  • Tests added or updated for new logic, and the full suite, lint, and typechecks pass.
  • Docs updated if behavior or configuration changed.
  • CHANGELOG.md updated under Unreleased if the change is user-visible.

Without timeout-minutes a hung job holds a runner for the 360-minute
default. Each limit is set well above the job's observed runtime.
