Summary

• Raise every widget text size below 11px at design size to 11px: Books spine titles, Disk Health bay names and numbers, Backup card name, meta and haiku lines, Now Playing player, subtitle, caption and count, and the Connections map tooltip count.
• Set Books spine titles in the dashboard's system font instead of the serif, and widen books to 14 to 19px to fit them. Drop the serif from the font-stack allowlist.
• Set the Now Playing player name in normal case without letter spacing, so more of it fits beside the page controls.
• Draw a Backup haiku line only when it fits the card, and a plain row otherwise, so canvas text is never clipped.
• Put Books spines and Disk Health bays on their own compositing layer, so their labels move as one piece on hover.

Testing
All green, Docker build included. Added a test that no bundled widget page sets text below 11px.
