Summary

• Backup: drop word-break: break-word from job names. fitName steps a long word down from the layout size to 11px, then cuts it with an ellipsis and dir="auto", so a Latin name keeps its start in right-to-left layout.
• Backup: run error lines through fitName, so an error never inherits a previous name's cut or font size.
• Analog clock: floor the date at 11px rendered size (DATE_MIN_PX) and raise DATE_MAX_WIDTH from 0.46 to 0.48 so the weekday stays on one line in French and Chinese. The shrink step stays as a last resort.
• Analog clock: add a withYear option to clockDateParts and leave the Persian year off the dial. The digital clock and the accessible label keep it.
• Connections map: give legend buttons a ::before hit area that reaches the card edges and meets the neighbouring row. The layout does not change.
• Weather: append the update time (sinceLabel) to the title, aria-label and screen-reader text, refreshed every minute. Add ui.updated to all six locales.

Testing
All green, including the Docker build and e2e. Added tests for Backup name and error fitting, the clock date floor and Persian dial date, the map legend tap areas, and the Weather ui.updated strings.
