Fix: fit a two-line title on the Now Playing label

Summary

• Raise the Now Playing label from 73px to 76px and move the provider band and tape window down 3px, so a two-line title fits above the 11px subtitle.

Testing
All green. Measured in Chromium and WebKit: the title now renders at its full 30px height.
