Summary

• Treat a string that is only a decimal number (optional minus sign and fraction) as a number in live badge extraction.
• Apply it to the Fetch value list, the per-label values and the summed badge value.
• Keep rejecting text with separators, units, exponents, a plus sign, surrounding spaces or a non-finite result.

All green. Added 2 tests for number text that is read and text that stays skipped.
