Summary

  • Add a --slider-dir token to admin.css, defaulting to 90deg and flipping to 270deg under [dir="rtl"].
  • Paint the .adm-range track fill, the .hsb-hue ramp, and the JS-drawn saturation and brightness ramps through that token instead of a fixed to right / 90deg.
  • Widen the RTL override ratchet to the two rules that have no logical form: the mirrored chevron and the gradient angle.

Testing
All green. Added 2 frontend tests pinning the token's direction flip and rejecting any fixed-direction gradient on a slider track.

Checklist

  • Stays within the project constraints: one container, no runtime dependencies, no build step (see CONTRIBUTING.md).
  • Tests added or updated for new logic, and the full suite, lint, and typechecks pass.
  • Docs updated if behavior or configuration changed.
  • CHANGELOG.md updated under Unreleased if the change is user-visible.

The native range handle reverses under RTL, but every gradient painted on a
track was pinned to a physical direction, so the wallpaper brightness fill and
the hue, saturation and brightness ramps ran against their handle.

Drive all four from a --slider-dir token that flips to 270deg under
[dir="rtl"], in CSS and in the JS that repaints the tracks.
