Docs: list every change that withholds a stored secret - #103

Add the widget certificate skip, a widget type change and a removed port map to the security and troubleshooting pages. Fix the troubleshooting sentence that listed them as changes that do not count. State that values sent to a fixed vendor host qualify as cosmetic.
