Docs: sync widget previews and add an accessibility page - #11

Refresh public/widgets/ and public/js/ from the application repository. Replace the GitHub pull request stubs' "label" key with "filters", matching the field the widget now reads. Add /docs/accessibility/, generated from ACCESSIBILITY.md in the application repository at build time. Gate it in scripts/check-dist.mjs alongside the development and changelog pages, and link it from the sidebar and the landing footer.

public/widgets/andpublic/js/from the application repository at 169a6d8. 53 files, covering books, clock, system summary, weather, DNS, Now Playing, GitHub, connections, disk health, dashboard switch and their translations, plusui/js.labelkey withfiltersinpublic/api/widget-data/gh-github-prsandgh-github-prs-md. The pull requests widget names its filters from its own catalog now, so the old key left the preview rendering from the widget's fallback instead of from the stub.src/pages/docs/accessibility.astro, generated fromACCESSIBILITY.mdin the application repository at build time, the same bridge pattern as the development and changelog pages.genpagerule inscripts/check-dist.mjs, so a build without the application checkout cannot ship the fallback.Testing

Verified every widget page and the landing page in Chrome, in both colour schemes and both docs themes: no console errors, every preview renders, and the pull requests preview now reads its count and filter name from the stub.
