Summary

  • Overview: remove "The first load can take a minute." after the demo link.
  • Releasing page: say CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID are secrets of the demo environment, limited to main and release tags.

Testing
npm run build and npm run check pass. Text only, no visual change.

Checklist

  • npm run build and npm run check both pass.
  • Product UI is shown by running or capturing it, never recreated in CSS.
  • Any new preview or screenshot carries no private hostnames or real data.
  • Visual changes verified in both colour schemes and both docs themes.
  • Links to the app repo still resolve.

The demo no longer has a cold start, so the overview stops warning about
the first load. The releasing page says the Cloudflare secrets belong to
the demo environment, which only main and release tags can use.
