Summary

• Label the Tile colour table by Style, matching the icon colour drop-down in the app editor.
• Replace the "A system colour" row with Color, which holds the thirteen system colours or a set colour.
• Describe Color, not the colour wheel, as the place for the system colours, HSB sliders and colour code.

Testing
npm run build and npm run check pass. Text-only change.
