Docs: add the Up Next widget - #132

Add the Up Next widget page with small and medium previews, its sidebar entry and icon, the widgets index row and the calendar glyph row. Add the Sonarr, Radarr and Lidarr service icons and copy public/widgets/upnext from the app.
