Summary

• Add a "From Docker labels" section to the import page: required labels, folder and app order, container health check, labels that are read, instance labels, and the socket proxy permission it needs.
• Add the 64-character name limit and login removal to the import page, and the name limit and link login warning to Apps and folders.
• Add the Import from Docker labels row to the settings reference.
• State in Badges that pings never reach link-local addresses and that proxies allowing only versioned API paths work.
• Add the three new messages to Troubleshooting and widen the two socket proxy messages.

Matches SandObserver/Stackyard#556.

npm run build and npm run check pass. Text only, no visual change.
