Docs: correct PORT, SBOM and badge unit, and refresh the widget copies - #19

Correct the PORT row: the API port is pinned inside the container, so the variable only routes on a hosting platform that reads it. State that a missing CONFIG_PATH or ICONS_PATH directory is warned about at startup. Add the SBOM attestation command and the weekly rescan of the published image to Security. List the rejected-folder-children message in Troubleshooting. Say that the badge pill carries the number alone and the unit appears in the list, and drop the unit from the single-badge description. Recapture the two dashboard badge images, which showed a unit on the pill. Add a Several values card to the landing page's badge group, and lay the group out as a grid. Sync the widget and JS copies, and bring the light palette, separator and primary fill into line with the app's tokens.
