Summary

• Re-sync public/js/ and public/widgets/ from the app's main branch for 1.16.0: 28 shared scripts, 14 widget pages and the Backup widget's data.js.
• Add the new address check messages to the troubleshooting "Messages you might see" table: refused connection, unknown host, unreachable host, connection reset, non-HTTP answer, the two self-signed certificate messages, expired certificate and timeout.
• public/js/clock-date.js and the clock widget copies match Docs: describe the Shahanshahi clock date in Persian #81 byte for byte.

Testing
npm run build and npm run check pass. Message text quoted verbatim from ui/i18n/en.json.

Checklist

• npm run build and npm run check both pass.
• Product UI is shown by running or capturing it, never recreated in CSS.
• Any new preview or screenshot carries no private hostnames or real data.
• Visual changes verified in both colour schemes and both docs themes.
