Summary

• Replace the .cta band with a #get-started section: sticky side heading, an "I run containers with" listbox picker for Docker Compose, docker run and Unraid, the install file, a start command and two next steps.
• Read the Compose, start and docker run blocks from installation/docker.mdx at build time and fail the build if they cannot be found.
• Render the Compose view on the server; the picker swaps file, start command and steps client side.
• Port the picker behaviour from Posteryard: animated listbox with a sliding highlight, arrow, Home, End and type-ahead keys, focus return, height morph, aria-live announcement, stored choice, and a copy fallback.
• Inline the external and general glyphs from the app icon set as the step icons, scoped so other icons on the page are unchanged.
• Remove the .cta, .cta-in and .eyebrow rules.

Testing
All green. Checked in Chrome at 1200 and 375 px: keyboard picking, announcement, stored choice after reload, no horizontal overflow.

Checklist

• npm run build and npm run check both pass.
• Product UI is shown by running or capturing it, never recreated in CSS.
• Any new preview or screenshot carries no private hostnames or real data.
• Visual changes verified in both colour schemes and both docs themes.
• Links to the app repo still resolve.
