Improve: tighten the landing page features section

Summary

• Cut feature row padding from 64px to 34px and the text-to-visual gap from 96px to 64px, with matching reductions at the 1180px, 900px and 600px breakpoints.
• Set feature headings to 28px with balanced wrapping and body text to 16.5px with a 42ch measure.
• Lay out the badge demo as one row of four on desktop and two by two on phones; hide the badge descriptions between 900px and 1180px and on phones.
• Reduce the service strip padding to 34px (30px on phones), which still clears the hover names, and tighten the row spacing.
• Shorten the Settings list rows to 50px and tighten its chip bar and corner radius.

Testing
Build and check pass. Section height in Chrome drops from 1,278px to 882px at 1300px wide and from 1,617px to 1,299px at 390px, with no horizontal overflow at 1300, 1100, 834 and 390px.

Checklist

• npm run build and npm run check both pass.
• Product UI is shown by running or capturing it, never recreated in CSS.
• Any new preview or screenshot carries no private hostnames or real data.
• Visual changes verified in both colour schemes and both docs themes.
• Links to the app repo still resolve.
