Service installation for new CL4P-TP VMs. Enables basic communication with MongoDB.

Use sudo ./install.sh to install, then enable services with sudo systemctl enable mongo-status-{status}.service. On reboot the VM will register itself with the MongoDB, with its hostname as defined in os settings.
