Problem in running the prediction for sample WSIs

Hi,

I have downloaded the pretrained model for "Glom_low_resolution" and trying to use the prediction pipeline on Sample WSIs. But it's asking me for masks file. Can you please tell if I need to create masks before running the prediction script and how should I do that?

FileNotFoundError: No such file: '/home/aksg/DeepNP/H-AI-L/Test1/Predictions/SESCAM_1_0/img_files/prediction/SESCAM_1_0108000_mask.png'
