Currently the FTU Spot Aggregation plug in filters out any FTU with no spot overlap. I understand that spot aggregation itself cannot be run, but because the plug-in overwrites the original FTU annotation (uses the same name), any FTUs that don't overly Visium spots are now gone from the analysis/file, even though the user likely still wants to visualize and analyze their morphometric features. This plug-in should append "aggregated" to the annotation name or something and create a new annotation.
