  • Read all 13 docs/ files and understand content
  • Create docs/JEEVA_COMPLETE_MASTER_PLAN.md combining all docs with:
    • Table of contents and logical section ordering
    • Timeline from March 2026 with phase details (components + tech stack per phase)
    • Protection component audit (capacitors, resistors, flyback diodes, ESD, NTC, etc.)
    • Architecture & connection diagrams (power, buses, GPIO table, physical placement)
    • Non-technical software roadmap (CAD, 3D printing, laser cutting, PCB, graphics)
    • Display upgrade to 4.0–4.3" IPS HDMI (800×480) behind smoked acrylic
    • Reference robot design image note
    • All content from all 13 source docs preserved in full
Original prompt

Task

Combine every file inside the docs/ folder (and ONLY the docs folder — no files outside it) of the repository into a single comprehensive master plan document. This should be placed as a new file (e.g., docs/JEEVA_COMPLETE_MASTER_PLAN.md or similar).

Requirements

1. Content Completeness

  • Do NOT skip or cut anything from any docs file. Every detail must be preserved.
  • The combined document must be cleanly formatted with a proper table of contents and logical section ordering.
  • All tables, code blocks, diagrams, budgets, timelines, and technical specifications must be retained in full.

2. Timeline & Phase Details

  • Clearly present the timeline showing where we are starting from (March 2026) and what happens in each phase.
  • For each phase, explicitly list:
    • Which components are being worked with (down to capacitors, resistors, diodes, NTC thermistors, etc.)
    • Which tech stack is being used (software frameworks, AI models, libraries)
    • Small details about each tech and component must be included — nothing should be glossed over.

3. Safety: Capacitor/Resistor/Protection Component Audit

  • Do NOT skip capacitors, resistors, and other small passive components.
  • Check for and document any burnout/brownout problems that could arise from missing:
    • Decoupling capacitors (e.g., 100nF ceramic near IC VCC pins, bulk electrolytic on power rails)
    • Pull-up/pull-down resistors (I2C bus, GPIO strapping pins, one-wire sensors)
    • Flyback diodes across inductive loads (motors, servos, relays, blower fan)
    • Current-limiting resistors for LEDs
    • Voltage divider resistors for ADC battery monitoring
    • ESD protection on exposed connectors (USB-C, pogo pins, NFC)
    • Inrush current limiters (NTC on pogo dock charging path)
  • Add a dedicated section listing all required protection components and where they go in the circuit.

4. Architecture & Connection Diagram

  • Add a detailed section showing how everything is connected and placed physically:
    • Power architecture diagram (battery → BMS → buck converters → rails → components)
    • Communication bus diagram (I2C bus with addresses, SPI bus, UART connections, I2S audio)
    • ESP32-S3 GPIO pin assignment table (complete, with every pin accounted for)
    • Jetson Orin Nano connections (CSI camera, HDMI/DP display, USB, barrel jack power, UART to ESP32)
    • Physical placement inside the robot body (where each component sits — battery at bottom, Jetson in middle, display in head, etc.)

5. Non-Technical Software Roadmap

  • Add a section covering the non-technical/design software workflow:
    • CAD Design: Which CAD software to use (FreeCAD / Fusion 360), workflow for designing the robot body, track system, dock
    • 3D Printing Pipeline: STL export → slicing (Cura/PrusaSlicer) → PETG print service (3Ding.in) → post-processing
    • Laser Cutting: Smoked acrylic faceplate design workflow
    • PCB Design (for future phases): KiCad / EasyEDA workflow
    • Graphic Design: Eye animation assets, logo, UI design tools (Figma, Inkscape)
    • Documentation Tools: What tools for writing docs, creating diagrams (draw.io, Mermaid, etc.)

6. Display Upgrade

  • The current plan mentions a 1.3" SH1106 OLED which is too small and monochrome for a consumer product.
  • The JEEVA plan already specifies upgrading to a 4.0-4.3" IPS HDMI color display (800×480) behind smoked acrylic — make sure this is clearly reflected throughout the combined document.
  • Reference the attached robot design image for visual context of how the display face should look.

7. Reference Robot Design Image

The user has provided a reference photo of the robot design concept:

This image should be referenced in the document as the design inspiration/target for the JEEVA robot's physical appearance and face display style.

Important Notes

  • The repository's docs/ folder contains the JEEVA project plan files that need to be combined.
  • The existing DeskBot v1 code (in esp32/ and server/ folders) is the predecessor project — the docs describe the evolution to JEEVA (v5.0+).
  • This is a proprietary project — do not add any open-source licensing references.
  • Keep all Indian pricing (₹), Indian supplier references (Robocraze, Amazon.in, AliExpress), and India-specific context intact.
