Added pollFinalization function to ContributeModal.jsx that polls GET /api/contributions/finalization/:txHash until status is finalized or failed. Shows "Confirming on Stellar…" spinner while polling. Added getContributionFinalization method to api.js. Success screen only appears after finalization is confirmed. Timeout after ~30 seconds shows neutral message with Stellar Expert link.
