feat(docs): widen the reader column and consolidate the navigation - #16

The article column was squeezed between two rails, so it now takes the freed width. Advanced setup and reference become one group, developer docs leave the reader navigation, and sample files linked from the walkthrough are served from the site instead of GitHub.
