In the ScienceMemory explorer a Claim was captioned by its UUID
("7fa55a2e-0a75-…"), since only its content names it. Tool calls and
the code they ran share the tool's name and were numbered in one count
(five calls #1–#5, their code #6–openJiuwen-ai#10), in the order the API lists the
nodes, which is newest call first, so "run_shell #1" was the last call.
A Claim is captioned by its content. Repeated names are numbered per
node kind, by seq, else by when the node started, else by position.
