• support-feedback.md: "Fragen bearbeiten" instead of "Formular bearbeiten" (line 22)
• forms.md: Fixed formatting issue (line 40)

Hi, quick checking, is this ready to be merged? Additionally, any plans to include a page about the ticket utilization?

Hey Simon, I‘ve made some changes, which I‘ll push in the next days (including the new ticket utilization site) - further, I‘ll made a plan for the screenshots, but I think we can also push this afterwards as they‘re not needed to be there right now I guess (:
