Add LightAgent

Adds LightAgent to the AI agent framework list.

LightAgent is a lightweight Python framework for OpenAI-compatible agents with tools, memory, MCP/SSE integration, reusable Skills, workflows, tracing, and LightSwarm multi-agent collaboration.
