Why

Renovate's Dependency Dashboard lists both Rstest 0.12.0 updates as awaiting schedule. This change clears those items on #13 without closing the dashboard issue.

• Update @rstest/browser and @rstest/core to 0.12.0.
• Refresh pnpm-lock.yaml.
