Generate all marketplace artifacts through Agent Bundle

[ScriptedAlchemy]

Let Agent Bundle generate the repository-root marketplace itself. Enable output.repositoryMarketplace, pin the Actions-published framework preview from ScriptedAlchemy/agent-bundle#827, remove the custom JSON rewrite from CI, and commit the freshly emitted artifact and marketplace.

Validation: npm run check passed (source validation, typecheck, 20 tests, artifact validation, packed install/doctor/server lifecycle smoke). The framework preview publication and registry artifact were verified before updating the dependency.
