EntityRegistry: add support for multiple versions of a module

Allows pulling in multiple versions of the entity crate into the migration crate.

New Features

• Allows filtering the schema registry based on module version (using Cargo semver version requirements).

Changes

• Adds module_version field to EntityRegistry struct.
