I've had a quick look at the webdriver_manager code on github and it seems reasonable, the binaries are downloaded from the official urls (google/mozilla etc)

webdriver-manager will automatically download and use the correct driver (and update it in the future). Should work on linux/windows/mac.
I also updated readme to reflect this.
