…steps - Module 15.3: Remove fabricated CLI commands (claude skill install/list/remove/info) that do not exist in Claude Code. Replace with correct installation methods: /plugin browser, manual unzip, and Settings UI upload. Add accurate SKILL.md frontmatter structure and scope table (~/.claude/skills/ vs .claude/skills/). - Module 15.4: Fix Step 4 install instructions to use correct cp -r workflow instead of non-existent claude skill install command. Resolves technical accuracy violations per CLAUDE.md rules.

fix(phase-15): Remove fabricated claude skill CLI commands
