set filter in collection as default and keep filter when returning to collection

I think we need a way to set a filter as the default for multiple use-cases.
This way the collection view doesn't reset all the time.
If the user opens a series for whatever reason, returning to the collection re-sets the filter... which it shouldn't.

It's planned, the ideal situation is for Shoko to remember the last selected preset or the selected filter conditions when switching tabs.
