Summary

Implemented contributor-level sprint comparison analytics in the Insights module.

Changes Made

• Added Contributor Comparison section below Sprint Comparison
• Added contributor performance table
• Added sprint-to-sprint task completion comparison
• Added trend indicators (▲ ▼ ●)
• Added color-coded performance changes
• Added sorting options:
  • Highest Improvement
  • Highest Decline
  • Name
• Added empty state handling for unavailable comparison data
• Integrated contributor comparison with existing sprint analytics

Testing

• Verified sprint selection updates contributor comparison data
• Verified sorting options reorder contributors correctly
• Verified trend indicators and color states render correctly
• Verified comparison metrics update dynamically
