AR Navigation for the Visually Impaired

This repository scaffolds a two-phase project:

Phase 1: Web app (React) for simulation and prototyping.
Phase 2: Android (Kotlin) mobile app with AR overlays.
Backend (Python) shared services and APIs.

Folders are prepared with placeholder files to start implementing features.
